Returns & Exchanges

At Crests & Arms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and heirloom purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
